The schedule feature allows you to send messages on a later date automatically. The feature is available when sending a bulk WhatsApp or a Custom bulk SMS.

How do I schedule a WhatsApp broadcast campaign?

Upon logging into the dashboard, select your APP,

Click on the Campaigns button from the menu

Once on the Campaigns page, Click on the CREATE CAMPAIGN button on the right-hand side of the page, then click on the Channel Type.

Select SMS, then select the campaign type—BROADCAST.

Provide a name and a description, then click on the SCHEDULE FOR LATER button

Next, select the WhatsApp Number

Then the pre-approved template.

Click on NEXT, and upload your CSV file or type in the phone numbers, or select saved contacts on the platform in the Contacts Tab.

Select the Schedule time, the outer circle is the AM circle, while the inner circle is the PM in the 24-hours clock.

Fill in the details, select how often you would like to send out the message. Select the time that you would like the message.

You have the option to select a multiple repeat cycle, in the event that it is a regular campaign. You can select either specific days of the week, month or year. Here is where the Last Day is utilised. The Last day option allows you to select when your multiple (days of the week, month or year) scheduled campaign will end.

Once you have selected your date and time, Click on Next to preview the schedule:

Click the SCHEDULE button to complete the process.

Once the WhatsApp campaign broadcast has been successfully scheduled, you should see the Success Pop-up.

Once the scheduled messages have been sent, you can click on View Logs of the report on the right side of the campaign page.

Contact us at support@mteja.io with any questions you may have regarding the scheduling feature.
