How to Schedule an Airtime Campaign

From the app menu, select the Campaigns page.

Under Campaigns, on the right hand side of the page, click on the CREATE CAMPAIGN button.

Select the Channel Type as Airtime and click on NEXT.

Next the Broadcast Option is automatically selected. Click on NEXT

Provide a Name and Description of the Campaign, then Click on the SCHEDULE FOR LATER button.


Next, Select the Type of Broadcast you would like to send: Same Amounts or Different Amounts. In this guide article we will look at how to send the same amount.


Next, Upload your CSV file or type in the phone numbers, or select saved contacts on the platform in the Contacts Tab.

Once you have added your recipients, the system will automatically recognise the countries indicated in the recipients phone numbers. Indicate the amount to be sent to each recipient, then click on NEXT.

Thereafter, create a schedule for the campaign.

Select the Schedule time, the outer circle is the AM circle, while the inner circle is the PM in the 24-hours clock.

Next, select the date that you want the campaign to go out on. You can select from today's date to anytime onward.


You have the option to select a multiple repeat cycle, in the event that it is a regular campaign. You can select either specific days of the week, month or year. Here is where the Last Day is utilised. The Last day option allows you to select when your multiple (days of the week, month or year) scheduled campaign will end.

Once you have selected your date and time, Click on Next to preview the schedule:

Scroll to the bottom and click on the schedule button.

Once the airtime broadcast has been successfully scheduled, you should see the Success Pop-up.

Once you close the successfully scheduled campaign, you will be able to view the report of the scheduled campaign.

In the event of an error, or needing to cancel the broadcast, you can click on the CANCEL BROADCAST button.

Once you confirm by clicking the Cancel Airtime Broadcast Button, the campaign will be logged as a cancelled broadcast on the Campaigns page.
