Audio files are used in the call center, on the call queues and call campaigns. The audio files allowed are .wav and mp3 files.

Steps on how to upload audio files to the platform.

  1. Select the Audio Library button from the Cloud Call Center menu

2. Click on the Create button

Audio files are uploaded in three ways:

Upload

How to upload files;
i) Upload

a) The Upload button is checked by default

Type the name and the description of the audio

b) Click on the SELECT FILE button, to access the audio file to be added

c) Click on the SELECT button, to view and select the audio file

d) Click the UPLOAD button to complete the process

ii) Record
a) Select the Record buttonĀ 

b) Type the name and the description of the audio

c) Click on the RECORD button, then click the START button to record your message

d) Click the STOP button to stop recording

e) Press the play icon to listen to the uploaded message, press the delete icon to delete the audio

f) Click the upload button to complete the process

iii) Create from text
This feature converts text to speech
a) Select the Create from Text button

b) Type the name and the description of the audio

c) Click the Next button, and Type in the message

Tip: You can change to a preferred language accent as well as the gender of the speaker.

d) Press the UPLOAD button to complete the process

i) The audios can be deleted, click on the Actions button

ii) Click on the Delete button

iii) Click Delete from the Prompt to complete the process

iv) Audio deleted
