Here's how to set up your team inbox.
How to start an individual conversation from team inbox?
Click on SEND, then select WhatsApp Template
For WhatsApp select the contact or type in the phone number, select the WhatsApp Number and the Template to send out. You will see a preview of the message before sending it out.
The messages will appear in the message list on the Team Inbox. Any responses will also appear in the team inbox.
How to run conversations on Team Inbox?
Click on Team Inbox from the navigation menu, then click on a conversation from Unassigned, Assigned to Me or All.
To respond, select WhatsApp as the response channel (by default, the response channel will be on SMS).
You will notice that the text box interface will change to green and have additional icons, select the WhatsApp number.
Type in your text message and click the send button
How to Send Rich Media
Send Media from a URL
You can Add an Image, Video, Document or Audio from a URL, this allows it to request to download the file returns the correct content type and size. This media is stored anywhere where the file is publicly accessible for example your servers or any public file storage solutions e.g. Amazon S3, Azure Files, etc
You will be prompted to input a URL link for the media you are sending
Click the ADD button once you add the URL, next add text to the message or click the Send button.
Send Media from Device
You can attach media that is already available on your device, add a message if necessary and click send.

Add a Document
Add an Audio
Send a Voice message
You can also send a template to a user who you have been in previous communication with from the message box.
Notes and Agent Assignment
You can make general notes about the conversation or mention an agent in it.
or comment to another agent to collaborate, by clicking the @ symbol
Assign a conversation to yourself or another agent by clicking at the top of the conversation and selecting from the list of agents available.
