The balance alert feature enables you to set a reminder to prompt you to top up your account when your balance is running low.
This gives you the liberty of setting a spending limit that ensures you are not inconvenienced when you want to spend on the platform but are unable to due to lack of enough funds on your account.
To set your balance alert, please see the steps below:
Go to your team page and select Billing on the left hand side of the page
Under Billing, select Balance Alerts to configure the prompt and enable the alert.
The information needed includes:
The threshold amount
The amount currency
The email addresses and phone numbers of members in your team to also receive email alerts. (In most cases, the owner and the account financier are some of the members listed to receive the prompts.)
Once you have done this, Save and proceed to use the platform and wait on the low balance alert.
