Once you have created and ran a USSD Chatbot, here is how you can view the logs for the collected information:

i) Click on Chatbots on the left navigation bar, next click on USSD Flows

ii)Select the USSD flow you were running and click on LOGS on the right hand side of the page.

iii)This will take you to the logs for the specific Flow you have selected, providing all the responses, which you can export by clicking the icon on the right-hand side.

iv)You can also filter based on either the date range, status, contact, USSD code (if you have multiple on your account), USSD Flow, Country or Tags.
