All conversations on your WhatsApp are shown in the Team Inbox.
Conversations in the TEAM INBOX are divided into:
Unassigned: conversations received that have yet to be assigned to an agent.
Assigned to me: the conversations that you have been assigned.
All: shows all conversations in your team inbox.
Logs: this allows users to filter and export WhatsApp interactions.
Users can apply filters such as;
Date range, a time period when interactions took place,
Contact, the phone number of the customer,
WhatsApp Number, if there are multiple WhatsApp numbers,
Direction, whether the message is inbound or outbound,
Country, the destination of the customer,
User, the agent who ran the interaction.
Once you select the parameters of your filter, click on the EXPORT REPORT button to extract the records in an Excel file. This will allow you to collect data with the user inputs, with columns divided into field names, see the screenshot below:
If you wish to view the data in its raw format, click on the EXPORT LOGS button. See the screenshot below:
